Jerome H Levy, MD
Dr. Levy is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Board of Laser Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Society for Excellence in Eyecare. Dr. Levy is Past President and Co-founder of the New York Intraocular Lens Society and he is President Emeritus and a member of the Board of Directors of the distinguished Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgery Society. He is a member of the International Society of Refractive Surgery and New York Keratorefractive Society and is co-founder of the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Greater New York and New York Eye Surgery Center, in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Levy is considered to be a pioneer in the ophthalmic ASC community and, with his leadership and innovation, has contributed significantly to the success and development of the ophthalmic ASC community.

Eric D Donnenfeld, MD
Eric D. Donnenfeld, MD, is an internationally recognized expert and pioneer in refractive, cornea and cataract surgery and one of the leading refractive and cataract surgeons in the United States. Dr. Donnenfeld graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1977 and first in his class at Dartmouth Medical School in 1980. He was Chief Resident at Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital and completed a Cornea and Refractive Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital. Dr. Donnenfeld is on the Board of Overseers of Dartmouth Medical School and a Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at New York University Medical Center.
Recently Newsweek named Dr. Donnenfeld America’s Best Eye Doctor in 2021 with a near perfect score for quality of care, continuity of care, and the quality of the technology used in his practice.

Richard J Mackool, MD
Founder and Medical Director of The Mackool Eye Institute and Laser Center in Astoria, New York. Founded in 1982, this was the first ambulatory surgery center in New York State. Dr. Mackool is an internationally recognized expert in ophthalmic microsurgery, with several hundred presentations and publications on the subject, as well as being the author of two textbooks on the subject of cataract implant surgery.

Cathleen M McCabe, MD
Cathleen McCabe, MD serves as Chief Medical Officer at Eye Health America™. She is one of the foremost eye surgeons today, specializing in bladeless laser cataract surgery and LASIK at The Eye Associates of Manatee.
Dr. McCabe continues to receive many prestigious and esteemed awards for her work in Ophthalmology, including being named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor – 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 for Ophthalmology. Castle Connolly also selected her for the first-ever Exceptional Women In Medicine Award for 2017.
Dr. McCabe received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and went on to her residency training at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami’s School of Medicine. She continues to share her expertise by publishing articles and book chapters as well as lecturing at ophthalmological and optometric seminars.

A graduate of Philadelphia’s Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Scott is a member of the prestigious Society for Excellence in Eyecare and is a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Women Leaders, Women in Ophthalmology and the American College of Eye Surgeons. Dr. Scott is a past president of Outpatient Ophthalmic Surgical Society and has served as a Counselor for the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a graduate of their Leadership Development Program.

John G Passarelli, MD
John G. Passarelli, MD, a Board-certified ophthalmic surgeon, is the Medical Director of the Long Island Ambulatory Surgery Center, Long Island Eye Surgical Care in Brentwood, NY and Suffolk Surgery Center in Shirley, NY. Dr. Passarelli earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Notre Dame and completed his medical school education from the State University of New York Downstate. His ophthalmic training occurred at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York City where he achieved Chief Residency status in Ophthalmology. He also achieved Chief Residency status at St. Clare’s Hospital in New York City. He has been an ophthalmologist for more than thirty years and specializes in cataract and vision correction micro-surgical procedures of the eye.

Brian R Wnorowski, MD
Dr. Wnorowski has been in private practice since 1993 as the President and Co-Founder of Shore Eye Associates, PA, with offices throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties, N.J. He also serves as President of Ocean Regional Eye Surgery Center and Chief of Ophthalmology at Ocean Medical Center. He assisted in the creation of iMedicWare, a leading provider of electronic medical records and practice management software to the ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgical center industries.

Nathan M Radcliffe, MD
Nathan M. Radcliffe, M.D. is a highly-experienced glaucoma and cataract surgeon. Dr. Radcliffe graduated Alpha Omega Alpha from the Temple University School of Medicine and was named transitional resident of the year at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. He was Chief Resident at New York University for his ophthalmology residency and Chief Glaucoma Fellow at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
He was the Director of the Glaucoma Services at NYU and Bellevue hospital and currently, is part of the advanced Microincisional Glaucoma Surgery Center at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. He is a microincisional glaucoma surgery (MIGS) innovator and instructor and has given lectures across the United States.
Dr. Radcliffe was the first surgeon in New York to offer patients the CyPass Supraciliary Microstent, the Kahook Dual Blade Goniotomy, Visco 360 and Trab 360, the G6 micropulse laser, and Allergan’s Xen subconjunctival implant.
