  • Scrub claims to ensure all necessary information is included 

  • Submit claims as soon as possible after services are rendered 

  • Manage clearinghouse rejections 

  • Follow-up on unpaid claims in a timely manner 

  • Ensure patients understand their financial responsibility 

  • Post payments as soon as received
